It's a Starbucks....a brand new Starbucks at that. Staff was courteous and attentive. The one barista made a great recommendation and was super friendly. For a Sunday mid day...there wasn't a wait! However I will say it was a bit noisy for being so empty. I'm thinking it's something to do with the acoustics of the place

This is a brand new Starbucks on Bethlehem's south side. I stopped here a while back on my way to work. My barista, Ben, provided fantastic customer service. He helped me select a drink for my friend (who wasn't with me) and was great to talk to.
Bottom line, the drinks were perfect, and so was the service. I look forward to stopping here again soon on my way to work. -

This was the worst Starbucks experience. My girlfriend and I went there for our regular Starbucks Carmel macchiato and peppermint mocha, both tasted like medicine and the service was horrible.our drinks sat on the side until we asked the lady behind the counter were these our drinks? They did not ask our names nor wrote on the cups what our drinks were so they were mixed up. Which we didn't realize until we got back in the Uber.
I'm so disappointed as I was so excited to have a Starbucks near me on the south side even though there is no drive through and I have to find parking to go inside.
